As you can see, Fred Perry Affair, is just a collection of photos of everyday people wearing a touch of Fred Perry or a whole outfit of it. It seems like Fred Perry is one of those brands that has quite the cult following. If you like it, chances are you really like it. Most that do, can spot the fit from across the room.
I know for myself, I’ve shipped in pieces I couldn’t get locally from all over the world. Being located in Ontario, Canada I’ve received more then a few packages from the U.K and my fair share from Argentina, Portugal, and Japan. I’m positive I’m not the only one.
As for me - Hi, I’m Jo. Nice to meet you. I’m from Canada with a severe Fred Perry problem and have acquired quite the collection over the years.
As for the photo above - This is a limited edition Fred Perry necklace that I received from photographer, Julian Hayr, last year [2008]. Julian has shot some beautiful ad campaigns for Fred Perry, amazing live shots of bands like The Specials, and lovely portraits of people like Paul Weller, Daniel Craig and Vinnie Jones.
I’ll refrain from posting many photos of myself, as I like seeing what’s getting submitted. I’d like to say thank you to the photographers letting me post their photos and the various Fred Perry fans sending them in.
So yes, hello, welcome, and I hope you like the flow of photos.
